Advance Communication and Swallowing is composed of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) that are experienced in service delivery areas involving every aspect of communication and swallowing. This includes speech production, language, fluency, voice, cognition, resonance, feeding, and hearing.

Our Story

Katharine Mitchell, MS, CCC-SLP attended the Communication Disorders and Sciences graduate program at California State University, Northridge. She always had plans for opening her own practice after gaining experience in various clinical settings. Katharine dedicated 9 years within the field expanding her knowledge and training and honing clinical skills, before she founded Advance Communication and Swallowing.
